This measurement helps create a conscious awareness of your present state of well-being and serves as a starting point for the relaxation process. By completing the stress barometer, you can better evaluate your inner tension and later reflect on how your condition has changed through the virtual meditation. In this way, we support you in becoming more aware of your progress and in reflecting individually on the impact of the VR experience.

3. Start the VR Meditation
The VR meditation starts automatically on your desktop. For a more immersive experience, you can optionally use your VR headset.
As an alternative you can download the free HEART VR-application and use it on your own Oculus/Meta Quest headset.
With the headset, you can enjoy the full immersive VR experience.
This allows you to access the HEART meditations directly on your device and use the exercises for mindfulness, relaxation and resilience whenever it suits you.
